Minakshi Traders

Minakshi Traders is located on Old High Court Road in Bilaspur. We are right opposite where the old High Court used to be. It’s a busy part of town because of all the history and the offices nearby. People still call it the Old High Court Road even though things have changed over time. Our shop is a trading place, so we deal with a variety of goods coming in and out. The building we are in is older, with high ceilings and thick walls. It stays a bit cooler inside during the hot Bilaspur summers, which is nice. We spend most of our morning checking the manifests and seeing what deliveries are expected. Since we are near the Bilaspur H O, there is always a lot of foot traffic. You see people going about their business, lawyers, and clerks mostly. We are not a retail store where everything is on display for browsing. It’s more about the trade and making sure the right items get to the right people. Sometimes the street gets blocked by carts or vehicles, making it hard to get things inside. We’ve been at this location for a long time, so we know all the tea sellers and other shopkeepers around the area. It’s a lively spot to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the inventory is correct and the people coming in get the things they were looking for at the right time.
