Mera Physio - Physiotherapy & Pain Clinic is our little space at B-4 Narayan Plaza. We are right on Link Road. If you’ve ever driven down Link Road, you know how much traffic there is, but Narayan Plaza is a good spot once you get inside. We deal with a lot of pain here—back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, you name it. It’s not a big corporate gym or anything. It’s just a clinic with some mats, some tables, and the tools we need for physio. We spend a lot of time on our feet, helping people stretch or do their exercises. Sometimes the place gets a bit loud when we have a few people working out at once. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, it’s just one of us wiping down the equipment or checking the schedule. We like to keep things honest. If an exercise is going to hurt a bit, we tell you. We don’t use a lot of fancy medical jargon. We just explain what’s wrong with the muscle or the joint and try to fix it. Being in Narayan Plaza means we get a lot of people who work nearby coming in during their lunch breaks. It’s a busy life, and we are just happy to help people move a little easier. It’s simple work, but it’s important to us.
