Medical Instruments Sales & Services Private Limited

Our office is in the Arpa Complex, specifically units 13-14. We are right across from the Nav Bharat Press, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Medical Instruments Sales & Services Private Limited has been here for a good while. The complex is always busy with different people coming and going. We have two units side by side, so there’s enough room for the sales desk and the repair bench. We spend a lot of time tinkering with instruments or talking to customers on the phone. It’s not a polished showroom; it looks more like a workshop. There are tools and spare parts scattered around the back area. We try to keep the front part where people walk in a bit cleaner, but it’s hard when you’re busy. The noise from the press across the street is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home. Our staff knows their way around the equipment, and we don’t use any fancy scripts when talking to people. If we can fix something, we say so. If we can’t, we’re honest about that too. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things in a busy part of town. We have a lot of regular clients who have been coming to the complex for years.
