We are Matexm Impex Private Limited. You can find us over on Pataudi Road in Bilaspur, right near the Ansal Park area. We’re actually operating out of a space care of Amerjeet Singh. It’s a fairly easy spot to find if you know the neighborhood at all. We focus on the impex side of things. It’s a lot of coordination between different parties and shippers. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of fancy branding or a marketing team. We’re just a small team trying to keep things organized. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials really, like desks and a couple of computers. Being near Ansal Park is nice because it’s a bit of a landmark for people coming to see us. We spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone, which is just the nature of this business. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quite quiet around here. We don't have any polished mission statements or slogans. We just show up and do the work every day. Bilaspur is growing, and we see a lot more traffic on Pataudi Road than we used to in the past. It keeps things interesting for us. We handle various import and export needs for people who come to us. It’s mostly about making sure the small details are right. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to set them right. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place.
