Manikam Builders Private Limited is located over at P D Nagar, right on the Link Road. We are specifically at the place of Surandra Pandey. If you know the Maharana Pratap Chowk area, you know how much traffic passes through there every single day. We are pretty close to Vyapar Vihar Road as well, which is a big hub for all sorts of trade in Bilaspur. Being in the 495001 area of Chattisgarh keeps us right in the middle of all the action. We do building work, obviously, but it is more about the day-to-day management of construction sites than anything else. The office gets a bit noisy with all the traffic from the Link Road outside, but we are used to it by now. Surandra Pandey has been a part of this for a long time. We have piles of bricks and cement orders to track, and the phone rings pretty often with people asking about local projects. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. It is more of a walk-in-and-talk type of place. We mostly deal with local folks who need stuff built or managed. The Maharana Pratap Chowk landmark makes it easy for our suppliers to find us. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most weeks. We just take it one day at a time here.
