Larsent & Toubro Ecc Division

Our branch of the Larsent & Toubro Ecc Division is located on Nila Kantheswar Street in Chatrapur. It’s in the Ganjam district of Orissa. This is a smaller town, so things move a bit slower than in the big cities, which isn't always a bad thing. We have a modest office that’s easy to find if you’re familiar with the street. It’s mostly just a place for us to coordinate our activities and keep our records straight. The walls are painted a pale color, and we have some old photos of past projects hanging up. We get a lot of dust blowing in from the street, so we’re always wiping down our desks. The people here are friendly, and we often have locals stopping by to ask questions about what we’re building. We don’t have a lot of fancy technology; we rely on good communication and making sure everyone is on the same page. The monsoon season can be a bit of a challenge for the roads around here, but we’ve gotten used to it. We usually have a big pot of tea going in the morning for whoever gets in first. It’s a down-to-earth environment where people just do their jobs without a lot of complaining. We’re glad to be a part of the community in Chatrapur and try to keep things running as smoothly as we can. It’s just how we operate.
