Larsen Toubro Ecc Divn

We operate out of House No 16, which is known as Saif House, right on Post Office Road in Raj Kishornagar. Being in Bilaspur, we deal with some pretty intense heat for a good part of the year, so the office is usually kept as cool as we can manage. The building is a regular house that has been turned into a workspace for the Larsen Toubro Ecc Divn. It has a bit of a lived-in feel to it, with files stacked in corners and a few old chairs in the waiting area. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every hour, so it looks like a real place where people actually work. Our team is small and we all help out with whatever is needed, whether it’s filing or taking messages. The street outside is usually busy because of the post office nearby, so there is always something to look at out the window. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and notes pinned up to remind us of deadlines. We like the fact that it’s a bit informal. It makes it easier to get through the long afternoons. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure everything is in order. It is a simple, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the daily grind and try to stay organized.
