Jayant Group

Our office is called Mangal Smriti. We are located right by Bajpayee Ground in Tilak Nagar. It’s a decent spot because we can see the ground from the windows, and there’s usually some kids playing cricket or people walking in the evenings. Jayant Group is the name we go by. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. Inside, it’s just a normal office setup. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kitchen area where we make tea. We work on a variety of different business interests. One day we might be talking about real estate and the next it’s something else entirely. We don’t really follow a strict corporate script here. If something needs doing, we just sit down and figure out who is best to handle it. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we get caught up talking about the neighborhood or what’s happening at the ground instead of working, but we always get our tasks finished eventually. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work well and stay part of the Tilak Nagar community. It’s a comfortable place to be, and we plan on staying here at Mangal Smriti for a long time.
