J.D. Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Lane No. L-4 over in Vinoba Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main market. We have a small setup here where we handle all our food production. The lane is narrow, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze when the delivery vans come through. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area or the packing room. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we keep each other entertained with jokes and news from the neighborhood. Most of the people around here know us and sometimes they stop by just to say hello. We don't have any big slogans. We just make the food, pack it up, and send it out. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when a machine acts up or we run out of supplies. But we always figure it out. It’s just how things go at J.D. Food Products. We are here every day from morning until late afternoon. The walls have a few scuffs from the crates, and the floor is always being swept. We don't have a big office, just a small corner with a table and a couple of old chairs where we keep the papers. It isn't much, but it's where we work. Vinoba Nagar feels like a good spot for us, tucked away like this. We just keep going, day after day.
