Our Chennai office for Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Ltd is at No.266/5 in Udayam Colony. We are on 18th Main Road in Anna Nagar West, Chennai-40. It’s a pretty well-known part of town. The colony is a bit more residential, which is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main markets. We have a regular building here. It’s not some glass skyscraper. We like it this way because it feels more like a community. The 18th Main Road is usually busy, but our spot in Udayam Colony is a bit tucked away. Inside, you’ll find the usual office stuff. We’ve got stacks of project papers and some old furniture that’s seen better days. The Chennai heat can be pretty rough, so the AC is always running during the day. We are just a group of people working on infrastructure projects. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just show up, do the tasks, and go home. Sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is close. There’s a local tea shop just a walk away where we all go for breaks. It’s an honest place to work. We don't try to impress anyone with the decor. It’s just about getting the job done. Most of the staff have been living in Chennai for a long time. We've got maps on the walls and plenty of pens that don't work.
