About Himnatives Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in Bilaspur
Himnatives Foundation is really just a group of us working out of Balber Singh’s place in Unihal. Bilaspur is a nice enough area, but our little corner is very quiet compared to the town. We call it 3212, though if you’re looking for us, most people just ask for the house by name. We have been rooted here for a long time now. Most of our days are spent looking at how things are going in the village and seeing who needs a hand. It involves a lot of manual work and just being present. We aren't some big city organization with a glass building and fancy suits. We just have a few old chairs and a lot of patience. People come by when they have a problem or just want to chat for a bit. We try to keep the old ways alive while dealing with all the modern stuff that comes our way. It’s a mix of both. The air here is clean and that helps keep our heads clear. Sometimes we have to travel to the main town if there’s a lot of paperwork, but mostly we stay put in the village. There isn't a lot of noise here, which we like. It gives us time to actually think about what needs doing. Balber Singh is usually around if anyone needs something specific. We don't really do advertisements. If people need us, they find us eventually. Word travels fast in Bilaspur.
