We don't have a fancy receptionist or a coffee machine that does anything special. We just have a kettle and some jars of biscuits. The furniture is sturdy and old, just the way we like it. There’s no point in spending money on things that don't help the work. We talk to our neighbors and keep things friendly. If a project is running late, we stay late. That’s just how it goes. We don't try to sound like a big international corporation even if the name sounds formal. We are just local people working in Bilaspur. It’s a decent life and the work is honest.
