Our place is in New Sarkanda, right behind the State Bank of India. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where the bank is. We’ve got a fairly large area here to handle all the milk coming in from the rural areas. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings and evenings when the collection happens. You can hear the metal cans clanking and the sound of the machinery working. It’s not the most modern facility, but it gets the job done and we keep it as clean as possible. There’s usually a bit of a smell of fresh milk in the air, which we’ve all grown to like. We deal with a lot of local farmers who bring their produce to us. It’s a lot of talking and checking quality on the spot. We have a small staff who have been with us for years, and we all know the routine by heart. The office is just a small room with a couple of chairs and a desk where we keep the logs. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. We just focus on the agriculture side of things and making sure the milk is processed right. Being behind the SBI makes it easy for the farmers to find us when they come into town. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is handled properly before the day ends.
