Iffco Tokio General Insurance

Our office is on the 1st Floor of Galaxy Heights, right near the ICICI Bank. It’s a convenient spot because people usually have other errands to run in this area anyway. Iffco Tokio General Insurance is where we spend our 9 to 5. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at forms. We have stacks of files and computer screens that stay on all day. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary for people around here. We try to be helpful when someone comes in with a problem or a question about their papers. We don’t use a lot of big words or insurance jargon if we can help it. We’re just regular people working a job. The office gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings. We have a small waiting area with some old magazines and a few chairs. Sometimes the AC acts up, but we usually get it fixed pretty quick. We know the bank staff next door since we see them at lunch or in the hallway. We don't have a giant billboard or a slick sales pitch. We just answer the phone and process the claims. It’s a steady rhythm for us. We’ve been in Galaxy Heights for a good bit of time now, and we’ve become a small part of the local landscape. We just do the paperwork and go home.
