We are located on Karbala Road, right in the Telipara area near the old bus stand. If you know where the BJP office is, we are pretty much right there. It is a busy part of town. There is always traffic passing by and people walking to the bus stop. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of the day. Phones ring quite a bit and there is usually a stack of delivery notes sitting on the counter. The air around here smells like exhaust and street food from the nearby stalls. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the horns honking outside, but we don't mind it much anymore. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized. We have a small team and everyone knows their role. We don't have those big corporate meetings or anything. Usually, we just talk over tea in the afternoon about what needs to be finished before we head home. The floor is concrete and it stays cool in the summer. We’ve seen the shops around us change names and owners over the years, but we are still here doing the same thing. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the shutters go down in the evening. There is no mystery to what we do, just regular business in a busy neighborhood. We take things as they come and try to keep our local customers satisfied with our presence here.
