Era Infra Engineering Ltd

Era Infra Engineering Ltd is set up in Kalingapal, which is in the Rasol police station area of Dhenkanal, Orissa. We work through Ranjit Panigrahi at this location. It’s a rural part of the state, so things move a bit slower than in the big cities, but the engineering work is just as important. Our office is a simple building where we store our records and meet with the local workers. It’s not the kind of place with a receptionist or a coffee machine. We usually just sit around a big table and go over the plans for the next week. The roads around Dhenkanal can be tricky, especially during the monsoon season when everything turns to mud, but we find ways to get our equipment where it needs to go. We are just a group of people trying to build things that last. You won't find any glossy brochures here. Most of our communication is done face-to-face or over a quick phone call. We know the local shopkeepers and the people living nearby, which helps when we need to source materials quickly. It’s a quiet life when we aren't running the heavy machines. We take pride in the fact that we can get a job done without needing a fancy headquarters or a lot of expensive furniture. It’s just us, some tools, and the engineering tasks at hand. We try our best to keep things moving.
