Era Infra Engineering Ltd

We are Era Infra Engineering Ltd and we are currently working out of the Ntpc Sipat area in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Being near a major power plant means there is always a lot of activity and heavy machinery moving around. Our office is a practical space designed for the staff who manage the engineering projects nearby. It isn't a place for tourists or anything; it’s strictly for getting work done. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of blue prints scattered around. The heat in Bilaspur can be pretty intense, so we try to do the heavy lifting in the early hours. There’s no corporate fluff here. We talk about concrete, steel, and deadlines mostly. If someone needs to find us, they just head toward the Ntpc site and look for our signs. We’ve been in Chhattisgarh for a while and have gotten used to the way things work here. It’s a tough environment for engineering sometimes, with the dust and the heat, but we just keep our heads down and work. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a calendar with dates circled in red. We drink a lot of water and try to keep the machinery from overheating. It’s a simple, hardworking life for the crew based at this location. We just do our jobs and try to stay out of the sun.
