D.S.E.S. Infratech Private Limited is based at House No. 95 in Roura Sector-II, Sadar Bilaspur. This is the Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh, not the one in Chhattisgarh, so we are surrounded by hills and a lot of greenery. Our office is part of a residential house, which is quite common for businesses in this part of the state. It keeps our overhead low and makes the work environment feel a bit more personal. We focus on infratech projects, which involves a lot of planning and coordination with various teams. The sector we are in is relatively quiet, which is good when we need to concentrate on complicated project details. Sometimes the internet can be a bit slow because of the location, but we manage to get our emails out eventually. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees; we are a small group that knows each other well. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area and talk about things other than work for a change. When the weather is clear, you can see quite far from the sector, but mostly we are looking at our screens or at the site photos we've taken. It is a steady life, and we take pride in just doing what we said we would do without any fuss.
