Here in Bilaspur, Hitesh Damle runs things for Dozco India Pvt.Ltd. We’re located over in Samta Colony, specifically in the Magarpara area. It’s a bit of a mixed neighborhood, but it works for us. Chhattisgarh is a place where you have to be ready for anything, especially with the weather. Our setup is pretty basic. We’re working out of a space cared for by S.N. Meshrem. It’s not a flashy corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we sit down, take calls, and handle the local business. We keep our files in old cabinets and use a couple of desks that have seen better days. It’s a real working office. People around here know us as the folks who handle the equipment side of things. We don’t go in for big meetings that last all day. Usually, we just chat over a quick cup of coffee and decide what needs to be done. The streets outside can be a bit crowded, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the colony. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company around; we just want to be reliable for the people who depend on us. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just regular people trying to do a good job without much of a fuss.
