You can find us at A-105 in the Bhatita Residency on Mangla Road in Bilaspur. It is more of a residential building, which makes our office feel a bit more like a home than a cold business center. We work on overseas trade, which is interesting because we are sitting here in Bilaspur but talking to people all over the world. The Mangla Road area is usually busy with local traffic, and there are plenty of small shops nearby where we get our daily supplies. Inside our office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We spend our days coordinating between local suppliers and international buyers. It involves a lot of waiting for replies because of the time differences. Sometimes we are still sending emails late at night or very early in the morning. We don’t have any fancy signs or big advertisements out front. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know someone we’ve worked with before. We like the quiet atmosphere of the residency because it lets us focus on the details of the contracts we are handling. There is always a pot of tea going, and we take our time to make sure everything is done correctly. We aren't a big, flashy company; we are just a small group of people who know how to get goods across borders. It is steady work, and we are happy being part of the community here in Bilaspur.
