Avani Enterprises

Avani Enterprises is situated at Mig-12/13 in Luxmi Niwas. We’re right on University Road in Sarkanda. It’s a good spot because there’s always something happening with the students and the traffic going by. The building is called Luxmi Niwas, and we’ve been in these units for a few years now. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We have a lot of storage space for our inventory, which is good because we tend to keep a lot on hand. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and the floors are easy to clean, which is helpful when things get busy. We don't spend much money on fancy furniture. Most of our desks were bought second-hand. University Road can get really congested during rush hour, so we usually try to get our deliveries done early in the morning. Sarkanda is a lively part of town. We enjoy the energy here even if it gets a bit noisy. The staff here are mostly local people. We have a small kitchenette in the back where we make tea. Sometimes the internet goes out when there's a storm, but we just wait it out and talk for a bit. It’s just a normal business trying to do a good job for the people who need our services. We don't pretend to be more than we are. It’s just us working hard in a small corner of the city, year after year.
