We are located in Radhika Vihar, Phase 2, right here in Bilaspur. This part of Chhattisgarh is growing fast and we are trying to keep up with it. Our focus is on the power sector, mainly transmission and the hardware that goes with it. The office is situated in a convenient spot for us to reach different parts of the city. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for the staff and the essential gear. We have a lot of technical manuals lying around. The guys are usually out on site or busy at their desks. We don’t go for any of that high-pressure sales stuff. We are technicians and engineers first. If a transformer needs looking at or a line is down, we handle the logistics. The weather in Bilaspur can be tough, especially the heat, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been part of the local business community for a while. We know the local suppliers and where to get a good cup of tea. Our work isn't always visible to the public, but it’s what keeps the electricity moving through the wires. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. There are no shortcuts in this line of work. We just take it one day at a time and keep the equipment running. Sometimes we have to travel a bit further out into the state for a job. The roads can be rough, but the scenery is nice. We carry our own water and tools because you never know what you’ll find once you get out there.
