Alfa Properties And Constructions Private Limited is based at Gs- 37 in CLC Plaza, right at Mangla Chowk. Mangla Chowk is one of those places that never seems to sleep, so there is always a lot of energy around our office. CLC Plaza is a decent building, and being in shop Gs-37 puts us right where we need to be. We deal with both properties and construction. Some days that means we are showing someone a piece of land, and other days it means we are checking on a foundation that was just poured. It is a mix of office work and field work. We do not have any big, shiny brochures. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and talk through what needs to be done on a project. The construction side of things can be messy, especially during the monsoon when everything turns to mud, but we manage. People know us at Mangla Chowk because we have been in this plaza for some time now. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world, we just want to get the jobs done that come our way.
