Rmc Readymix(India) Pvt. Ltd. is located up in the hills of Himachal Pradesh. Our office is in Balhseena village, which is in the Jhandutta tehsil of Bilaspur district. Being in a mountain state like H.P. makes the concrete business a bit different. We have to deal with steep roads and weather that can change in a minute. The office is right there in the village, near the post office. It’s a small, practical space where we handle the orders for the surrounding areas. We don't have many employees, just a local team that knows the terrain well. It’s a quiet place until the trucks start moving. We spend a lot of time making sure the readymix can actually reach the construction sites, which isn't always easy around here. There’s no corporate fluff in our office; it’s just us, some notebooks, and a phone that rings quite a bit. People in Bilaspur know us as the local guys they can talk to about their building projects. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the winter sets in, but we like being based in Balhseena. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the deliveries moving through the hills as best as we can. It is a slow process sometimes, but we get the job done for our neighbors.
