We are located over at the Gagal Cement Works in Barmana. It is a busy place around here with the trucks coming and going all the time. Our office is officially care of Shri T C Sharma. If you are coming from Bilaspur, you just follow the main road up into the hills of Himachal Pradesh. Most days it is a bit dusty because of the work nearby, but that is just how it is in this part of the district. We have been sitting in this same spot for a good while now. The post office is right there in Barmana too. People around here know the 174013 area well. It is not a fancy corporate building or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we get our things done. Sometimes the weather gets cold since we are in the mountains, but we just put on a sweater and keep moving. The neighbors are mostly folks connected to the cement plant or local families. We don’t really have a big sign out front, so you just look for the main cement works entrance and ask for the Sharma office. It is a simple setup with desks and papers everywhere. We like it this way because it feels real. Life in Himachal moves at its own pace and we just try to keep up with the daily tasks. There is always tea being made in the back room for whoever stops by.
