We have a lot of outdoor space for the equipment and the transport vehicles. The office is just a simple building near the main gate where we handle the logistics. It gets quite cold in the winter, so we have to bundle up while we work. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that here. We just focus on the daily tasks of running the plant and managing the local workforce. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination.
