Nezamia College of Education is found in Jamaluddin Chak, which is in the Khagaul part of Patna. We are mainly focused on training people who want to become teachers. The address is 801105 and it’s a fairly busy neighborhood. The building isn't anything spectacular, just a solid place where we have our classrooms and some office space. Since we are in Patna, we get a lot of students from all over Bihar who are looking to get their teaching qualifications. It’s a very practical sort of place. We spend our days going through textbooks, discussing lesson plans, and preparing for the practical exams. There is a lot of noise from the nearby streets, but once you are inside the classroom, it’s mostly just the sound of the teacher talking. We have a small canteen where everyone goes for tea and snacks. The people working in the office are usually buried under piles of registration forms and student files. We don’t have fancy lounges or anything like that. It’s just a school for people who want to teach in other schools. It feels like a small community where everyone eventually knows everyone else. We just keep moving along, session after session, trying to stay organized and get the work done for the students who trust us with their education. It is honest work and we have been doing it for quite a while now in this part of Patna.
