Balaji Foods

We started Balaji Foods out in Mohanpur Village, which is a bit of a trek inside the Punpun Block of Patna District. Most people do not really know that area well unless they live there, but it is where a lot of our actual work happens. Then we have this other spot on Frazer Road, right near Hotel Hare Krishna. It is a completely different vibe there compared to the village. Frazer Road is always jammed with cars and people rushing around, especially in the evenings when the street lights come on. It gets pretty loud and dusty. We have been operating like this for a while now, splitting time between the quiet fields and the noisy city center. Sometimes the rain makes the roads out in Punpun a real mess, so we end up spending more time at the Frazer Road office. It is just a regular building, nothing fancy at all, but it works for us. We handle a lot of food stuff, which is why the name is what it is. It is mostly just us trying to keep things moving and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a handful of local folks working together. People stop by the Frazer Road office because it is easy to find if you know where the hotel is. It has been a long journey from the village to here.
