My name is Vinod Kumar Dammani and I’ve been running things here at Khajanchi Market for quite a while now. The address is C-1-2-3, which is easy to remember if you’re looking for us in Bikaner. This market is a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their business started at the same time. We don't have a big staff or anything like that, just a few of us here making sure things get done. It’s a bit crowded with all the shops nearby but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit but we just keep working. We don't really do much advertising because most people just know where we are. It’s a simple setup with a couple of desks and some old shelves. We try to keep the paperwork organized but it’s a constant battle. The floors are a bit worn down from people walking in and out all day long. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute if I’m on the phone with a supplier. We don't have a fancy waiting area or anything, just some chairs. It’s just a normal local business doing its thing day in and day out. We’ve seen the market change a lot over the years but our spot stays the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks.
