Simplex Infrastructure Limited

Our spot is located on Pugal Road, right behind the New Subzi Mandi in Bikaner. Being so close to the Majisha Temple in Bangalanagar makes us pretty easy to find if you know the local landmarks. Simplex Infrastructure Limited has a very busy office here because of the giant vegetable market right next door. There is always a lot of shouting, horns honking, and heavy trucks moving around from the very early hours of the morning. The Rajasthan heat is no joke in the summer, so we have the desert coolers running all day long just to stay focused. The office is very simple, with dusty floors and lots of paper stacked everywhere. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist or anything like that. People just walk right in when they need something from us. We spend a lot of our time talking to truck drivers and the various material suppliers. Our team is actually pretty small, but we have a massive amount of work on our hands right now. The smell of the market is always in the air, for better or worse. We usually grab fried snacks from the vendors nearby during our short afternoon breaks. It is a very lively and loud place to work. We do not use any big corporate talk here. We just discuss the daily problems and try to find ways to fix them. It is about getting the work done.
