Shriram Hospital

Shriram Hospital is located right across from the PBM Child Hospital. It is a busy area because of all the medical buildings around here. You can see the child hospital from our front entrance and there are always people moving back and forth between the two. We’ve been operating in this spot for quite some time now. Most people find us just by looking for the bigger landmark across the street. Our day starts before the sun is fully up most of the time. There is a lot of traffic on this road during the afternoon hours. It can get a little noisy with the ambulances and the cars, but we are used to it by now. The inside of the hospital is practical. We have chairs for people to wait and the desks are usually piled with paperwork. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look like a hotel. It’s a place for people who need help, so we keep it functional. The nurses are usually busy running around and the doctors are in and out of rooms all day. Sometimes the waiting area gets full, especially on Mondays. We just try to get through the list and make sure everyone is seen. It’s hard work and the shifts can be long, but that is just how the job goes. We are just a local hospital trying to stay organized and keep the doors open for whoever walks in next.
