We are Shree Greendiamond Organics Andfertilizers Private Limited, and you can find us in Ward No. 7 of Chak Asarasar. This is in the Arjunsar area, within the Lunkaransar Tehsil. It’s quite a way out in the Bikaner district. Our focus is on organic fertilizers because we think the ground needs a break from all the chemicals. The place we work is pretty basic, just a site where we can mix our organics and get them ready for the farmers. We are right near the Mahajan police station area. Most of us who work here are local to Lunkaransar. We spend our days dealing with raw materials and making sure the quality is okay for the fields. It’s dusty work, and the Rajasthan sun doesn't make it any easier. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a yard and a building where we get our hands dirty. Sometimes the logistics of getting things to Arjunsar can be tricky because of the distances. We talk to the local farmers a lot to see what’s happening with their soil. It’s a slow process, building up the organic matter, but we just keep at it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one for our neighbors. Every day we just show up, do the work, and hope for a good harvest for everyone. It’s a simple life in the village, and we like it that way.
