We are located over in Nokha, which is part of Bikaner in Rajasthan. Specifically, if you’re looking for us, we are in Ward Number 30. It’s a ground floor setup, Flat Number 2, so nobody has to climb any stairs which is nice when it gets really hot outside. We’re pretty close to the Hari Ram Mandir, so if you know that temple, you can’t miss us. The office is really just a plain space where we handle the development work for Shivsmit Developers Private Limited. It’s not one of those fancy corporate buildings you see in the bigger cities. Just a regular room with some desks and chairs. Usually, Om Prakash is around to keep an eye on things. Bikaner gets incredibly dusty and the sun is quite sharp most of the year, so we spend a lot of time inside working on plans. People in the neighborhood know us as the local developers. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, except when there’s a festival at the mandir nearby. Then the street gets a bit crowded with people and noise. We’ve been here for a while now and it suits us fine. The address is long on paper but once you’re in Nokha, it’s easy enough to find. We just focus on the building projects and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. We've got a small team and we like keeping things simple and local.
