Our location is right at Ambedkar Circle in Bikaner. It’s one of the busiest parts of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and movement. We like being in the middle of it all. You can see the statues and the traffic circling around all day long from our spot. It’s a great place for people to find us because everyone knows where the circle is. Our office is modest and we don't spend much on decorations. We prefer to focus on the work itself. We handle a lot of bookings for people going to nearby villages or into the main city area. The hours can be unpredictable. Sometimes we have to stay late to wait for a driver to return or to help a customer with a last-minute change. We’ve got a small bench outside where we sit when the office gets too cramped. We know the shortcuts through the city and which roads to avoid during rush hour. It's those little things that make a difference when you've been doing this as long as we have. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in town, just a reliable place where you can get a ride.
