Sanjeevani Hospital

Out here in Village Nokha, you will find Sanjeevani Hospital. We are a small facility meant to serve the people of Nokha and the surrounding countryside. Life in a village is different from the big cities, and our hospital reflects that. We don't have massive hallways or high-speed elevators. It is a ground-floor operation for the most part, making it easy for people to walk in. We deal with everything from farming injuries to the usual seasonal fevers. Everyone in the village knows where we are, so we don't need a big sign or a map. The pace here is a bit slower, except when there is an emergency. We know most of our patients by their first names and we probably knew their parents too. The building is simple, made of local materials, and we keep it as clean as we can despite the dust from the fields. We don't have a corporate office or a board of directors. It’s just us, trying to make sure that the people in Nokha don’t have to travel all the way to the city just to see a doctor. Sometimes we run low on supplies if the delivery truck is late, but we manage with what we have. It’s an honest way to live and work. We are just part of the village, nothing more and nothing less. We keep doing our work day by day.
