Raj Industries

You can find us in Ward No-12, right near the Kasaiyo Ki Bari Gate Market. We are pretty close to the Masjid, so we hear the calls for prayer throughout the day while we are working in the shop. The market area is always crowded and there is a lot of shouting and bikes moving through the narrow lanes outside. Our space is just a regular industrial setup with machines and materials stacked up wherever they can fit. It gets very hot in the summer months and the metal roof does not help much, but we have some old fans that keep the air moving a little. We have been operating out of this gate market area for quite some time now. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is cracked in places but the building serves our purpose well enough. Usually, we are busy loading things onto small trucks or checking the inventory that arrived the night before. There is nothing fancy about Raj Industries. It is just a place where work gets done by people who have lived in this area for a long time. We know the tea seller around the corner and all the other shop owners nearby. Sometimes it gets chaotic when the deliveries show up late, but we just manage. It is a loud and busy place but it is where we spend all our hours. The work is steady and that is all we really look for.
