Neelam Travels

Neelam Travels has been operating out of Bikaner for quite some time now. Our office is near the Sadul Club, right by Pandit Deen Dayal Circle. If you know Bikaner, you know that circle is a landmark that everyone passes at least once a day. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something going on outside our door. We aren't some high-end travel agency with glossy brochures and polished floors. Our space is functional and a little cluttered with papers and maps, which is how we like it because it shows we actually do work. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are heading out of the city or coming back home. The heat in Bikaner can be pretty intense, so during the summer months, we’re mostly just trying to stay cool while we work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone telling us how to talk to people. We just talk like normal folks. When someone comes in, we just see what they need and try to help them out. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve stayed in this same location because people know where to find us. We aren't trying to expand into a giant corporation or anything like that. We just want to keep doing what we’re doing and stay as a part of this community. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours, and we take it one day at a time near the circle.
