Navakar Woollens Pvt Ltd is located right at 67-A in the Rani Bazar Industrial Area. Being in Bikaner, we are used to the heat and the dry air. The building itself is pretty basic, but it serves us well for what we do every day. We spend most of our time inside the facility making sure the machines are running and the wool is being handled right. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on things. Rani Bazar is a well-known spot, so most people don't have a hard time finding us once they get into the industrial zone. We’ve got a small crew here. Everyone knows their job and we don't need a lot of oversight. We don’t really have a big front office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the workspace and some storage for the materials. We’ve seen the area change over the years, with more businesses moving in and out of the neighborhood. But we stay focused on our own tasks. The rhythm of the work depends on the season, really. Some days are much longer than others. We drink a lot of tea to keep going during the shifts. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the work is done right without making a big fuss about things.
