Naganarai Developers Private Limited is a small operation out in Bikaner. We are located at Samri Devi’s place, she’s the wife of Man Singh, in the village of Dholera. It’s a quiet spot, and that is how we like it. Bikaner can be a tough place for development work because of the sand and the wind, but we’ve lived here all our lives, so we’re used to it. We don't do anything too fancy, just the regular developer work like plotting and small builds. It’s a family-oriented thing, really. When you work in a village like Dholera, your reputation is everything, so we try to be honest about what we can do and when we can do it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. It is usually just us talking to people over a cup of tea about their land or their building plans. The address is simple because everyone knows Samri Devi and Man Singh around here. We spend a lot of time driving around the dusty roads looking at different sites. It’s a lot of manual work and checking paperwork at the local offices. We just want to see our area grow a little bit and provide decent places for people to stay or work. It isn't a glamorous life, but it is our life, and we are quite content doing it this way.
