Girish Lakhotiya is usually around here at the office. We are located at 9/7 Mukta Prasad Colony, which is right near the Krishna Petrol Pump in Bikaner. A lot of people ask why the name says Maxwell Project Pvt Ltd Noida when we are actually sitting here in Rajasthan. It is just how the paperwork ended up being set up when things started. We’ve been in the colony for a good while. The petrol pump is a useful landmark for anyone trying to find us. Bikaner is a hot place, so we usually have the cooler running all day. The office itself is just a regular room with some files and a computer. We don't have a big staff, just a few people making sure things move along. It gets pretty quiet in the afternoons when the sun is really beating down on the street. We try to keep things simple and honest. There isn't any fancy corporate stuff going on here. We just handle the projects that come our way and try to keep the records straight. My desk is always a bit of a mess with blueprints and notes, but I know where everything is. It’s a local operation and we like it that way. We just keep our focus on the tasks we have to finish each week. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we manage to get through the pile of work eventually.
