Mahasraman Landmark Llp is based in Bikaner at Plot No. 315, right opposite the Sbbj Training Centre. Bikaner has a specific kind of feel to it, and our work in land development is definitely shaped by the local landscape. Our office is easy enough to find if you know where the training centre is. We spend most of our time looking at maps and trying to figure out the best way to develop the plots we have. It is not always a smooth process because the ground here can be tricky and the wind carries a lot of sand. We are a small group of people just trying to make a living by building things that will last. Our office isn't very fancy, just some desks and a lot of blueprints rolled up in corners. We don't really do the corporate style of doing business. If someone wants to talk to us, they just come in and we sit down with some water and talk about the land. It’s a very local way of working. We know the Bikaner market and we know what people are looking for when they want to buy a bit of property. Some days are slow and we just sit and wait for the paperwork to clear, while other days we are busy from morning until night. We just keep going, trying to do things the right way.
