We are based in Bikaner, a city that we know inside and out. Our daily life revolves around the roads and the people who need to travel across them. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s more of a local operation where we do everything ourselves. From taking the calls to managing the vehicles, it’s all hands-on. Bikaner is a place with a lot of history and very hot sun, so we spend a lot of time making sure the vehicles are ready for the heat. We don't use any fancy systems to run things. It’s mostly just notebooks and memory. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the old days in the city. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and we are rushing to get everything sorted. We've seen the city change a lot over the years, but the way people travel stays mostly the same. They just want to get to their destination without any trouble. We try to be the ones who help with that. It’s a simple life, really.
