We are based out of A-13 Sen Colony in the Banipark area of Jaipur. It’s a quiet enough street, which is nice compared to the main roads. We’ve been here handling all the electronics side of things for the local neighborhood. Jaipur gets incredibly hot, so we spend a lot of time talking about air conditioners and how to keep them running. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of tools. We see a lot of the same faces coming in from around Banipark. It’s a decent mix of residential houses and small offices around us. The staff here has been together for a few years, so we have a rhythm down. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit to test the machines, but that's just how it goes here. We try to be honest with people about how long a fix will take. There's no point in promising something we can't do by tomorrow. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the corner of the colony road. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we need to do every day. We just focus on the task in front of us.
