Khichar Construction LLP is based at K 87 in Vallabh Garden, which is over in the Pawanpuri area. It’s a nice enough part of town and we’ve been here for quite some time. The address K 87 is where we have our main setup. We are just a construction firm, and we don’t feel the need to use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. The name Khichar Construction is what people know us by. Vallabh Garden is a place where we feel at home, and being in Pawanpuri keeps us connected to the local community. Our office isn't some high-rise corporate suite. It’s just a functional room with the basics we need to run the business. We have our computers, our maps, and our files all laid out. We spend most of our time here planning out our construction work. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in to keep things moving. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that promotional talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a straightforward life at K 87. People who need us usually know where to find us in Vallabh Garden. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
