KCM DEVELOPERS LLP is our company. We’re located in Bikaner, right on Gajner Road. You’ll find us near the Abha Marriage Place and just across from Kothari Hospital. It’s a well-known spot in the 334001 area. Bikaner gets incredibly hot, so the construction business is a challenge in the summer months. We mostly work early or late. Our office is a practical space where we keep our maps and site plans. It’s not fancy. There are usually a few bags of samples and some hard hats lying around. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while. Being near the hospital makes it easy for people to find us. We handle development projects, which means a lot of coordination with different people. Sometimes the sandstorms here slow us down, but we just wait them out. We aren't into big marketing or slick presentations. We just show up and do the work. If you need to find us, just look for the marriage place on Gajner Road and we’re right there. We spend a lot of time on site, so the office is mostly for the paperwork side of things. It's a tough business but we're used to it. Most of our tools have seen better days but they still work fine. We prefer doing things the old-fashioned way without too much fuss. Just hard work and getting the foundations poured right.
