Jaishree International Art Exports

Jaishree International Art Exports is located at 9 Meal Industrial Area in Mandore. Being in an industrial area means we have a lot of space, which is good because some of the art pieces we handle are quite large. The ceilings are high and the floors are concrete. It gets pretty loud during the day with the sounds of crates being hammered shut and trucks idling outside. Mandore is a bit out of the main city, so it’s a different vibe than the crowded markets. We deal with various handcrafted items and traditional art that needs careful packing. Our staff is mostly locals who have a good eye for detail. We don't have a polished office; it’s more of a working warehouse where the focus is on the inventory. There’s a small area where we keep the records, but most of the action happens on the floor. Dust is a constant battle, especially when the wind blows in from the open fields nearby. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon. It’s a practical business. We don’t use corporate jargon or have long meetings. We just look at what needs to be shipped and we get it ready. The sun sets behind the hills here and that’s usually when we start locking up. It’s hard work, but there’s a certain rhythm to it that we’ve all grown to like.
