We are tucked away in the Rani Bazar industrial area of Bikaner. Our office is c/o Shiv Ku Sharma, which is right near where the S.B.B.J. is located. It’s a busy, dusty part of town because of all the factories and warehouses around here. You see a lot of heavy trucks moving through these streets at all hours. Our office isn't one of those shiny bank buildings you see in the big cities. It's more practical, suited for an industrial zone. We spend our days here at Indusind Bank dealing with the usual paperwork and helping the local business owners who come in. The pin code is 334001, just in case you are trying to mail something. The heat in Bikaner is no joke, especially in the summer months, so we keep the coolers running as much as we can. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished marketing. We just do the job of banking. Sometimes the computers are slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The team here is small and we all know the regulars by name. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of place. If you come by, you’ll likely hear the sounds of the industrial area in the background.
