We are at Shop Number 8 right by the old bus stand in Bikaner. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the first buses start rolling in and the tea stalls open up. Most people know the area because of the LIC branch right across from us. We’ve been here for a while now. Some days it is quiet and other days there is a lot of noise from the street. We just keep the doors open and wait for whoever needs a ticket or a ride. It isn't a fancy office with big signs. It is just a small place where we sit and handle the bookings. Usually, we are busy on the phone or talking to drivers who stop by to check their schedules. People come in asking about bus timings or how to get to the next town. We try to give them the right info so they don't get stuck. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside for a bit. It’s just how things are here near the Purana Bus Stand. You can find us easily if you are looking for the LIC building. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us making sure things move along. It gets hot in the summer but the shop stays decent. If you are passing by, you’ll see us there in the middle of all the morning rush and evening chaos.
