We are based out of Bikaner, specifically over in Ambedkar Colony along Purani Shivbari Road. If you go down Gali No. 6, you will see Growin Pharmaceutical (Opc) Private Limited. It is a quiet enough spot most days, which suits us just fine. Bikaner has its own pace, and we definitely feel that here in our corner of the neighborhood. The office is basically just a few rooms where we manage the daily tasks. We don't have a big sign or a flashy front. It’s more about just getting the work done. The street can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, which is just part of living in this part of Rajasthan. We started this because we wanted to have something of our own. Most of our day is spent checking logs and making sure things are where they need to be. It’s not glamorous work. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat, and that’s nice. We keep the doors open when the weather allows. It’s a small operation, just one person really leading the charge since it’s an OPC. We don’t have layers of management. If something needs doing, we just do it ourselves. The commute isn't bad at all. We like the local feel of being tucked away in a colony rather than a big industrial park. It feels more grounded that way. It's a simple life and a simple business setup for us.
