Grah Shobha Shadi Cards

Grah Shobha Shadi Cards is our shop on the Main Road, situated very close to Ambedkar Circle. We are also near PBM Hospital, so there is always a lot of movement and noise outside our doors. We mainly deal with wedding cards and all the different types of invitations people need for big family events. Inside, we have many racks and albums where we show off the different designs we can do. Some are very traditional and others are a bit more modern, but we have a bit of everything. It can get quite tight in the shop when a whole family comes in to pick out a card together, as everyone has their own opinion. We have some old wooden benches for people to sit on while they decide. The road outside is very dusty, so we are constantly trying to keep the samples clean, though it’s a bit of a losing battle. We do the actual printing and assembly in the back room. It involves a lot of careful work, especially with the gold leafing or the fancy envelopes. Sometimes the machines act up or the ink doesn't dry as fast as we’d like because of the weather. We’ve been here for years and have helped many families in the area with their celebrations. We don't try to be fancy, we just provide the cards that people need for their special days and try to get the names spelled right.
